Visit to Baltimore, Maryland

We only had a short time while passing through Baltimore on our way home to New Jersey. While there we were determined to take in some sights. The John W. Brown was one of several ships that were docked in the harbor.

We quickly saw the Broadway Market while exploring through a neighborhood.

Federal Hill had many historically significant buildings that were also somewhat austere. Cobblestone paving further set this area apart as an historic environment.

Order and Chaos Coffee was next door to the Design Distillery housing planit and Charm City Networks. Together they made for a cluster of innovation and fashion forward and design forward businesses.

In an act of brilliance the Design Distillery allowed us to play skeeball for twenty of so minutes. That allowed me to focus long enough to find the product I was looking for and to place a multiple thousand dollar order.

At Order and Chaos Coffee they feature snacks from Kinderhook Bakery, handcrafted in Baltimore. They have gourmet baked goods in specialty food shops, gift shops, and wherever fine foods are sold in Baltimore, Washington, DC, and other areas.

Evidence of a working waterfront is still present with the gantry along the waterfront.
