Market Common in Clarendon has a combination of a brewpub and roastery. This gives them an opportunity to have product available throughout the day from coffee, to lunch, to hand crafted brews, and gourmet dinner.

Beer barrels are creatively adapted and reused to make the benches for tables inside and the sidewalk sign.

Once inside the use of wood, brick, and creative lighting fixtures creates for a very warm and friendly feel.

One of the defining features is an American flag on reclaimed wood. This handcrafted theme carries throughout the business from the sidewalk, to the making of coffee and beer, to the furnishings inside.

Wayfinding signs promote products and services in Market Common. These include:

  • Acqua Nails
  • Ann Taylor
  • Apple
  • Barnes & Noble
  • barre3
  • bluemercury
  • Bond’s Escape Room
  • Clarendon Dental Arts

Elsewhere throughout the District the mix of businesses are highly complementary to one another.
