Bloom City is a storefront installation by Meredith Wing on 5th Avenue across from the New York Public Library Main Branch from 2019. The transparency of the windows encourages a dialogue between a storefront awaiting activation and the street. The sidewalk sticker with footprints preceded the pandemic when these became ubiquitous. Here it is giving an ideal vantage to view the art within the storefront.
