Identifcal to an ancient ideogram from the Bronze age. It has been found, for example, on rock carvings in the Nordic countries, and the form has been discovered on pre-Christian altars of bronze in Scania, Sweden, and other regions. Also see wheel cross. (Liungman, 1995)
