A contract clause included in most venue and performer contracts that states that an event venue or performer is not responsible for events such as war, labor disputes, or “acts of Godthat could result in the cancelation of an event or failure to perform; post COVID-19, force majeure clauses typically include pandemic or infectious disease as a term of the clause.
