Far in the glossary /corner-bead /" class="glossaryLink" data-cmtooltip="578cb1a0f618c79c0949cc78c076b63f" target="_blank" >corner close to Route 10 is a stone monument with inset cotta -2/" class="glossaryLink" data-cmtooltip="91d68f0dc983938e1e05a7c799848dcf" target="_blank" >terra-cotta-panels /" class="glossaryLink" data-cmtooltip="7d2d856b50431b01a8ba6a5a198942ce" target="_blank" >terra cotta panels.
Light Dispelling Darkness is both a fountain (inoperable) and a sculpture made out of terra cotta. This soft material is prone to damage, especially with the absence of water to deter people from climbing around.
A large hospital was built in the park in the 1930s. Later this was converted for senior housing .
