Alley Transformation – Winnipeg, Canada

This alley transformation is between Stella’s Cafe and Stella’s Bakery on Sherbrooke St in Winnipeg. An outdoor dining area is created through the addition of furniture. Plantings including some baskets mounted to the wall give the space the feeling of a lush oasis. Garden lights overhead provide a sense of enclosure. Finally a mural covers one of the walls bring an art and cultural element in to the space.
