Flashback – October 2013

We first heard of Bishop Arts District as we were preparing for our Better Block Middlesborough build in Kentucky in 2013. The example of pre-vitalization by painting the name of a District gave an identity that helped to guide the development that followed. A similar strategy was used by Tony Goldman in SoHo in New York City a few decades prior.
