A project of Ric Geyer in 2000, this building provides gallery and affordable artist studio space at 4731 W. Grand River in Detroit, Michigan.

The mural blocks on the outside are one of the few indicators of the activities happening within.

Individual studio spaces are accessible off of a central hall.

Just a few blocks away is the Architectural Salvage Warehouse in a building also owned by Ric Geyer. Here is a photo from the Urban Alchemy fundraiser on June 9, 2006.
