Paul Thomas Kremer was born on October 28, 1897, in glossary/pittsburgh/" class="glossaryLink" data-cmtooltip="85f5ef897a90866fdd9581107740e0ab" target="_blank" >Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, his father, house-pittsburgh-pennsylvania/" class="broken_link">Peter Paul Kremer, was 37 and his mother, Anna, was 27. The 1900 US Census showed the family living in Ward 35 in Pittsburgh. The 1910 US Census showed Kremer living in Ward 19 on Republic Street in Pittsburgh.

In the 1910s Kremer moved to Lansing. He married Grace Catherine Henrich on November 27, 1919, in Lansing, Michigan. They lived at 29 E Kilborn in Lansing. City Directories show him working at Fisher Body. He had three children by the time he was 29. The 1920 US Census listed Kremer as a “Machinist.” By the 1930 US Census he was listed as a “Foreman” at an “Auto Body Plant.” Kremer was living in a house he owned at 1630 Robertson Ave in Lansing.

He died on January 5, 1964, at the age of 66 and is buried along with his wife in the old part of St. Joseph Cemetery in Lansing.

Isaac Kremer visited the Paul Thomas Kremer, Sr., House in August 2017, along with his sons Edward Kremer and Thomas Kremer.

Other ancestors in the line of descent include Paul Thomas Kremer (1897-1964), great-grandfather; Paul Thomas Kremer (1920-2009), grandfather; and David Paul Kremer (born 1951). Isaac has two boys Edward Isaac Kremer (born 2009) and Thomas James Kremer (born 2011).
