The Fall of Man

Isaac Kremer/ September 20, 2025/ / 0 comments

Man’s temptation and fall is often shown by drawing the trunk of a tree, with a suggestion of leaves and fruit., and with the serpent, symbolical of Satan, coiled about the tree. An apples is another symbol of the fall. The traditional way of representing man’s fallen condition, as a result of sin, is to show a snake coiled entirely around the earth. A dragon may also be used to symbolize in, the result of Adam’s fall. (Webber, 1927)
