six-panel door

Isaac Kremer/ September 9, 2018/ / 0 comments

A panel door with six panels, commonly with larger rectangular panels below and square panels above. This door was originally designed to designated an early Colonial home as a Christian home. The shape inside the upper four panels is a cross or crucifix. The bottom panels represent an open Bible, with the spine of the book in the center.
