An area traditionally between an uptown and downtown. Notable examples include Midtown Detroit managed by the University Cultural Center Association (UCCA). Numerous stakeholders here including Wayne State University, the Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and the Detroit Medical Center, make this a thriving center for the city and region.
