Like a Cape Cod cottage of the early nineteenth century but reduced one-fourth in size, this structure is two rooms deep and two rooms wide: the lobby entrance having been eliminated with one chimney column moved into a reduced front room. Connally 1960, 51; Walker 1981, 88.
