Pride

One of the seven deadly sins, personfied by a woman with a peacock. She may also be shown with a lion and an eagle as dominant emblems of earthly and celestial nature. Other symbols of pride are the cock, fallen angel, leopard, mirror and ziggurat. (Tressider, 2000)
