We discovered this restaurant and the charming Borough of Hightstown while traveling along I-95 and wanting a nice family dinner. As the name suggests, this farm-to-table restaurant that opened in February 2015 makes a priority of sourcing from local farms. Their supplier as they proudly share on their website is Zone 7 that works with over 120 sustainable farms in NJ and PA.
We were favorably impressed by the experience visiting this restaurant. In addition to the roasted butternut squash puree that I ordered, we also had some freshly made pastas. The restaurant highlights different cuisines, though their core dishes have an American and Italian influence.
