Agarden formed upon a flatroof, especially prepared for the purpose by arranging thereon growing plants and shrubbery in pots, tubs, and boxes, and occasionally by accumulating thereon sufficient soilto sustain grass and other small vegetation; specifically, a place of public entertainment in the openair upon a roof, provided with facilities for vaudeville performances, partly sheltered by awnings and adorned with a few ornamentalplants.
