Downtown – Austin, Texas
We visited the Ann W. Richards Congress Avenue Bridge on May 25, 2012, just before sunset. There a sizable crowd had already arrived. Watching the people gathered on the lawn below was nearly as entertaining as seeing the bats fly out from their hiding place beneath the bridge.
