An important tool to help guide the projects and scopes of work for the Main Street program; when well-developed, this plan should help programs focus on what’s important, measure impact, and create accountability for projects; ideally, annual work plans should be based on adopted Transformation Strategies and should reflect work across the Four Points; work plans are produced and used on an annual basis.
