An Italian marble of two kinds: Light, having a light coffee color with lighter, creamy-white patches, and also characterized by slender, wavy, golden-brown veins and very thin, hardly noticeable veins of calcite; Botticino Dark, a brownish cream or light brown color with clouds of darker shade scattered through the mass, and with very small hairlike veins of yellow.
