Arch of Hadrian

In Athens, an arch erected by Roman Emperor Hadrian. Has inscription “This is the city of Thesus” leading to old quarter of ancient Athens. On the far side of monument says “This is the city of Hadrianleading to Roman monuments including the Temple of Olympian Zeus started in 6th century BC and Hadrian decided to complete in the newer Corinthian style.
