A term used to identify a focused and deliberate theme or path to revitalizing or strengthening a downtown commercial district’s economy; the lifespan of a Transformation Strategy is 3-5 years and is selected based on market understanding and community input; Transformation Strategies are the common thread across all Main Street Four Points that should guide most activities in a program’s work plan.
