Pan Am Place – Winnipeg, Canada
Pan Am Place provides transitional housing for at-risk young men. Wonderful three dimensional sculpture of boxing gloves busting through the brick wall above adds to the vibrancy of the street life, and sends a signal to people “in the know” about the use of the building. For others it is a wildly creative sculpture that they enjoy looking at while passing by. Elements like this inject L.B.O.H. or a “Little Bit of Happy” to whomever sees them.
