These bistro tables and stools, and a rectangular umbrella show how even the narrowest spaces can be creatively adapted for outdoor dining.

While the same building, these storefronts make themselves visually distinct with their differing paint and awnings. On the far right of the photo is a staircase leading to a bookstore in the basement level.

This store went over the top creating a plant filled oasis outside of their store. Conveniently located in the center of it is a bench where people can get all of the benefits of being surrounded by plants. Surely this sidewalk display and the warm colored lighting in the window help to draw customers in for something that helps them carry the happy feeling of visiting, long after they have left this space.

We’re not sure what The Sideshow does, but we suspect it has something to do with clowns. Their signage is very tastefully coordinated for this space.

This Century Art Gallery is tastefully inserted into another residential building in the downtown. A three color palette brings out the character of this spot.

Finally, these sun shades and other exterior lighting provide a splash of light and color to create an outdoor space for people to enjoy during the night and day.
