St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church in New Brunswick has a Gothic Revival facade, complete with pinnacles, a central tower, and flying buttresses.

The tower is visible from multiple vantage points throughout New Brunswick. It has an attractive silhouette thanks to the four pinnacles rising from each of the four corners.

The rear of the church facing the NJ Transit station has an irregular form and windows of varied shape and profile.

The apse from inside of the church is surmounted by a cross. The roof has five different sloping surfaces that all join at a point.

Adjacent to the apse is a rectangular shaped projection with numerous wood framed tracery windows meant to imitate stone.

The apse has one blind window to the rear, behind the altar and what would have been the reredos.
