The rhythmic quality or character of a composition suggesting motion by represented gestures or by the relationship of structural elements. (Ching, 1995) 3. Descriptive of a distinctive time period of artistic or philosophical interest. As a proper noun may refer to things Like Academic Movement, Modern Movement, or Slow Home Movement. When the name is also a freestanding descriptor, the word “movement” should be lowercase such as Aesthetic movement, Arts & Crafts movement, Picturesque movement, etc. (Kremer, 2023)
