Isaac Kremer/ June 21, 2019/ / 0 comments

A person whose business it is to examine and report on existing buildings and their appurtenances, with regard to their safety, sanitary condition, general state of repair, or other qualities. The title is, however, not specific, and the work described is usually undertaken by an architect, builder, or similar professional man; also, sometimes, by a surveyor of any kind, as a quantity surveyor.
