Folden, Inez Geneva Crim, 1921
    Died June 20, 1977

Inez Geneva Crim was born to the Rev. John B. and Beadrice Long Crim on August 13, 1921, in Metropolis, Illinois. She married the Rev. Donald H. Folden in Murphysboro, Illinois, onMay 13, 1954. He served as the pastor of the Lewis Chapel A.M.E. Church in Albion and the Mount Zion A.M.E. Church in Battle Creek.

Inez Geneva taught fourth grade at Crowell School for many years. In addition to her teaching, Inez Geneva was a member of the Zion A.M.E. Church Missionary Society and the church choir, served as church musician, and was a Sunday School teacher. She managed this busy schedule while raising two daughters and two sons.

Inez Geneva died on June 20, 1977, after a short illness. Her husband followed her in death in September of the same year.
