Vicious Animals Board of Appeals
 
    

Purpose: To consider appeals from the decision of officials charged with the enforcement of Ordinance 90-5, 1990, Regulation of Vicious Animals.

Established: Ordinance 90-5, 1990 Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances

Membership: Three members appointed by the mayor and City Council, having qualifications as determined by the mayor and City Council to enable them to reasonably judge matters concerning vicious animals.

Term: Three years, one term expiring each year. Initial board will consist of one member with a one-year term, one member with a two-year term, and one member with a three-year term.

Meetings: As needed to hear appeals
