Two story brick residential building, with cut stone foundation. Stoneporch on first level, Ionic columns supporting overhanging roof. Gambrel roofdivided by bay and pediment projecting from center of building. Third storywindow with wooden detail sunburst. Ornamental brackets supporting pediment andeaves between second floor and roof line. Built on Mulberry street, location ofearliest homes of Albion’s industrialists, with a view overlooking the cityincluding factories and the downtown.
