One story hip roofed brick building.
The Pagoda Sandwich Shoppe, at 113 East Michigan Avenue, opened in 1927 and became a popular eating place along busy U.S. 12 between Detroit and Chicago, before Interstate-94 opened in 1960. It still operates today. This photo is c. 1948.
